Titan Concrete Coatings Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty*
Titan Concrete Coatings, LLC provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty guarantee against fading/yellowing from UV rays and a 15 Year Limited Warranty guarantee against delamination/peeling/chipping on all residential resinous polymer floor coatings. Below are a list of defects that will be fully covered and repaired at no charge by Titan Concrete Coatings, LLC in the event a failure should occur. In the event a warranty failure occurs, repairs will be specific to the areas needing repair to be decided on by Titan Concrete Coatings, LLC.

- Guaranteed against peeling
- Guaranteed against delamination
- Guaranteed against hot tire pickup
- *Commercial Warranties are one year
Below is a list of non-covered issues that may arise:
- Cracking or slab separation as they are uncontrollable by the contractor
- Delamination directly related/caused by MVT (moisture vapor transmission)
- Installation over concrete not allowed to cure for at least 30 days
- Cracks reappearing from filled/covered expansion joints as the purpose for the joints is to allow contraction and expansion; therefore, this is uncontrollable by the contractor.
No warranty work shall be performed if customer returns foot traffic, furniture, equipment, wets the surface, or drives on the surface earlier than specified below resulting in damage to the coating. Owner must notify Titan Concrete Coatings, LLC of any and all issues with floor within 10 days of discovery. Owner agrees to follow all post installation instructions and cleaning instructions listed below. Failure to follow all instructions given by Titan Concrete Coatings, LLC will void all warranties.
- No foot traffic for 24 hours after installation is finished
- No items are to be placed on the floor for 72 hours (48 hours for fast set) after installation is finished
- No vehicles for 7 days (5 days for fast set) after the installation is finished
- When fast set products are used return to use will be faster and discussed at time of contract signing
- Use a mild or PH-Neutral cleaner (can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowe’s), dust mop and/or soft bristle broom and a sponge or microfiber mop. DO NOT use a citrus cleaner or vinegar. These types of cleaners are acidic and will dull and wear the top coat layer.
How To Make A Claim
Promptly notify Titan Concrete Coatings at estimates@titanconcretecoatings.com, from whom the surface was installed and purchased, the supply type of material, the date of purchase, and a description of the problem. The warranty requires that you submit pictures of the alleged damage to the email above if you are attempting to make a claim. Titan Concrete Coatings reserves the right at all times to inspect the claimed defective material and verify warranty coverage at its factory laboratory. This warranty shall be limited to replacement materials to the original purchaser of the product cost as determined by the amount of replacement materials required to repair or replace the defective product. The customer shall be responsible for the remainder of any costs of installation or product price increase over and above the original purchase price.
Any surface can be slippery, especially when wet with any fluid. In no event shall Titan Concrete Coatings be responsible for injury incurred by a slip or fall situation. It is the purchasers sole responsibility to provide for their own safety and the safety of their guests. While slip resistant additives assist slip/fall prevention, there is no guarantee that someone will not slip while walking on coated areas. Titan Concrete Coatings assumes no responsibility for slip-fall accidents.
Paid Repairs
Customers who have damage via cracks, crumbling or substrate failure are eligible to have their coatings repaired with a minimum service charge starting at $250. Damage the customer causes to their own floor are eligible to be repaired as well.
